In this map you are placed as the Adventurer Gordon. On the left of the road is an unmarked Bandit camp, one of the Bandits will be holding the map. Make sure to also loot the sort of hidden Thalmor soldier. A treasure chest with leveled loot is found here after following Treasure Map I. There are dozens of places you may have heard of and want to see, but don't know where to find them (because they're unmarked on the map).
